Pros
Good staff discount, full uniform provided twice a year for full time and part timers, good in-depth training provided, colleagues were fun to work with
Cons
Commission was pretty poor and hard to achieve if not working in a larger store, lack of integration between in-store systems which made accepting stock and dealing with orders more challenging than it needed to be, head office could sometimes be out of touch with what was going on in-store.
