Pros
Leadership has changed some post-Covid and I think the company is well-intentioned. Pay is decent for Manager level. The job doesn’t appear to have very high turnover. Product is very high quality
Cons
The company is poorly focused on what it wants to achieve. They are extremely wealthy but choose to invest in technology and processes that are extremely difficult to use. Very little communication from corporate, information is convoluted. Little to no formal training. Very frustrating.
