Pros

The only pro were the Overtime options that’s it you deal with rude people, wrong numbers, stressful random test, strict rules. Such high turnover

Cons

Sit there for hours dealing with wrong numbers or perverts on the phone Insanely strict attendance policy Too many audits and test for a job Always stressed about tests, production, time, points Managers do not care about their employees you can work there for years and they will fire for the smallest thing They will have you in there on Christmas Day, thanksgiving, any major holiday but the managers get off. Too much work for 11.00 and hour and the TRS side does more work than the other side with typing, scripts, audits, and they get paid the same.

Training was through, call center was quiet, working from home was a plus

Could have paid a little more, macromanagement from supervisor's could be a bit much
