work at my own pace; no micro-management; abundance of training by hands-on; always challenging figuring out ways to resolve encountered issues with network devices; customers easy to appease; always something to do.
Cons
no pay-internship; not enough time was given to learn from the networking personnel aside from new computer lab set ups.
