As we grow at such an aggressive pace, we see many staff have opportunities for promotion and stretch roles. 20% of our research staff were promoted at the most recent review cycle so I would disagree with your assessment of limited promotion opportunities. I'm glad to hear that you found the flexibility and sales bonuses a highlight of the role.
