At the same time, the work is structured and projects/ deadlines are clearly defined so it’s just as easy to succeed by simply showing up and doing the work, no above and beyond required. Investments in AI and new software to improve the internal work experience have created time for employees to contribute to new initiatives.
Other pros: fully remote, full 12 weeks of parental leave including paternity, highly structured and supportive onboarding, and the chance to quickly learn/apply research skills. And the people are the best!
