      I have been working at Hardt for almost 3 years and all I can say is there are a lot of great opportunities here. On top of that, Hardt has a clear sets of values that help us and give us sense of security. People are very respectful and supportive. Highly recommend!

      Pros

      Hardt Equipment is a fantastic company with an equally fantastic staff. The environment is supportive, progressive, friendly, organized, clean, and most importantly comfortable. Provides outstanding benefits, pay, and work-life balance. Hybrid work opportunities allow for even greater work/life balance.

      Can occasionally have long hours but nothing frequent enough to be a downside.
