Awful managers (the worst I have ever seen), finger pointing, skape goating, bad behavior of some coworkers (bullying) was not only allowed but almost encouraged, management going in too many directions at one time, too much pressure/stress, too many meetings, uppity executives, too many "contract" workers.

Pros

My hiring journey began with a seamless application process, followed immediately by an incredibly organized scheduling phase. The Harley team kept me informed every step of the way. During the interview experience the entire Harley team panel was professional, welcoming, and were genuinely interested in my background, making the interview feel like a collaborative conversation.
