Pros

Only pro was the 401k match. Will give you a decent starting salary.

Cons

To many to fully list. Don't expect any pay raises, unless you get promoted. Only way to get promoted is to be completely buddy buddy with those above you (so everyone above you are yes men to those above them). Good luck trying to get any data/information/interaction from any managers, unless you are their level, they absolutely do not care about you, even if it's completely vital to your job. That doesn't even begin to get into business decisions, constant layoff or threat of layoffs, completely unattainable bonus structures, etc. Unless you really love the brand, there is no reason to work here.

Pros

During the interview experience the entire Harley team panel was professional, welcoming, and were genuinely interested in my background, making the interview feel like a collaborative conversation. The transparency throughout the process gave me complete confidence when I ultimately accepted the job offer.
