Pros
In previous time, company was having employee stock purchase plan and provide high bonus when business is doing good. Now, there are lots of rules to minimum the bonus payout. You can learn lots to solve the problems, everyday different issues.
Cons
No proper planning which need to do fire fighting everyday. The management level also not giving clear direction but asking to provide solution. The culture is quite toxic as don't feel valued, respected, or supported.
