      Working Culture Not Good

      Pros

      In previous time, company was having employee stock purchase plan and provide high bonus when business is doing good. Now, there are lots of rules to minimum the bonus payout. You can learn lots to solve the problems, everyday different issues.

      Cons

      No proper planning which need to do fire fighting everyday. The management level also not giving clear direction but asking to provide solution. The culture is quite toxic as don't feel valued, respected, or supported.

      Cool place to start off.... not to be long!

      Pros

      Young mgmt... lots of new ideas.. Big heart for CSR and good place for fresh graduates. Benefits are good compared to the competitor in same industry. Loyalty is accounted for the years spent.

      Cons

      To many idea but not all turns into reality. They believe in hiring magicians to makes things happen. Internal promotion takes a long time, not the first choice of filling positions. It is more on favoritism. The work place becoming little less professional as the managers meetings are ran in Chinese language and other none Chinese speaking tend to be left back. It a family business so it always goes by the law.
