Firstly, i was expected to buy my own uniform and spend hours and hours filling out form after form before I had even been offered any hours at all. It took up way too much of my time and energy and I am tired of companies thinking this is a good way to sell themselves as a company, it was a big part of the reason I decided not to go through with my onboarding in the end. People need something in return, I don’t give my time or money for nothing. Secondly my emails were ignored after a week or so of constant communication following instructions on my part and I was incorrectly told that my RSA wasn’t valid, which it was (I not long after got another job using the same RSA, no problem there). Having to give so much time and energy for little in return is not a way to promote a healthy working relationship with workers, you can do better!!!! Find something more fulfilling, find people who respect you!!!! It is a shame we are expected to give so much for minimum wage
