Pros
Mostly friendly coworkers, who know how to have a good laugh while getting the job done. Office was busy, but got things done. Production, assembly, warehouse and shipping busted their butts to get things done as flawlessly as possible. Good location, near the Monmouth Mall and heavy commercial districts. Digital timeclocks ensure you never lose a minute of overtime pay!
Cons
Several of the managers are downright abusive in the way they treat their employees, falling to literal insults and humiliation if you weren't living up to their ever-shifting standards. Always "joking" after, but seeming very legit in the moment. More concerned about "appearances" than actual performance, often causing the latter to break down in favor of the former. Frequently (as in at least once a week) require hours of overtime from many workers, including weekends, due to last-minute projects and changes, many of which should logically wait until the next day or have been set up/communicated earlier.
