We like to address constructive feedback open and honestly. We pride ourselves on having an open door policy where any gripes, concerns or feedback can be addressed at any time. We listen to the individual and collective voices of our people, whereby employee surveys, ongoing constructive feedback and exit interviews are always used as a learning mechanism in which to grow and develop.
