Hawke Media is definitely a hard-working environment, but in the best way possible if you’re looking to grow quickly. I’ve learned probably 3x more here in a few years than I would have at most other jobs. The pace is fast, expectations are high, and you’re constantly being pushed to improve, but that’s also what makes it rewarding. One of the best parts of working here is the people. The office culture is strong, coworkers become real friends, and there are a lot of smart, motivated people around you every day. The clients are also really cool, which keeps the work interesting and gives you exposure to a lot of different industries and brands.

It’s an agency environment, so things move fast and there can be pressure at times. Priorities can shift quickly and the workload can get intense depending on the client or season. It’s probably not the best fit for someone looking for a super laid-back or slow-paced role.

I like how Hawke doesn't just specialize in one niche, but works with brands of all sizes and business models. - Broad marketing experience. Since the agency is full-service, you get to learn about a lot of different marketing channels and practices. - Networking and career-building opportunity. Hawke can be a strong resume builder because of the pace and volume of work. It's a really fast-paced environment that makes you learn quickly and apply your learnings to your work.

- The pace and autonomy definitely isn't for everyone. Hawke is a great place to learn and grow, but not the right fit for someone looking for a standard 9 to 5 type of role.
