Value is hard to prove. It's a digital care management solution that is positioned to reduce manual efforts of care teams. But the reality is, those teams still do the same things, just digitally. Because of the lack of understandable value, care teams don't use it much.
Culture was awful. Cliques were a problem. And a few shot callers who had the ear of some leaders and those leaders were played. Lots of back stabbing behaviors and trash talking. People were more apt to break others down than to build them up. Some leaders allowed this behavior and even contributed to it.
