Pros
Genuinely great culture, great team, high performing. People actually care. Also people actually help each other out, all the time, even when it's not part of their job! I feel totally empowered to do my job and make decisions to drive my part of the business forward. Great manager who gets me. Really flexible working in so many ways. You really get to influence business outcomes. Execs share so much of the strategy it's wonderful to feel aligned and included and have an understanding of the plans and business' future. I feel like i've been challenged and grown a lot since I've been here. It's not a gigantic company so you have the freedom to change plans that aren't working in order to succeed which is great. So many places just have a toxic culture and its so nice to experience this workplace and team while in comparison all my friends at other companies are hating their job and team and culture and getting up every day dreading work. I love how open and honest everyone is - radical candour truly is alive, but in a kind and constructive way.
Cons
Extremely fast paced and things change a lot, so you want to be the kind of person where that feels exciting. If you get upset with plans changing or need the same process and approach every time and lots of predictability, this isn't the place for you. The pay isn't absolute top tier, but it's pretty good and the way of working and culture and team are definite pros that counteract some of this.
