Pros

You might have some good coworkers.

Cons

Pays below market. 401k is match is treated as a "perk" and changes from year to year. It's not a perk, it's our future. PTO is terrible and there is no dedicated sick time. CEO is out of touch with his employees, makes us feel as though we should be grateful for any little thing they decide to give us. All of these concerns have been brought to the attention of management multiple times. There is a refusal to do anything because it's not seen as a problem.

Pros

Kind coworkers, good work culture. Good work-life balance.

Cons

Planning a meeting could take a while since management had pretty busy schedules. This is pretty common though, so I don't really think it's that bad.

Pros

-Flexible work schedule -Mission-driven organization -CEO is personable, down-to-earth, and genuine

Cons

-Benefits are poor and health insurance is worse each year -Base salary is very low in comparison to competitors -Sales comp is uniform across all products, regardless of how complex
