Pros
Opportunity to meet new people and to learn about the construction industry as a whole. A lot of opportunity to make a difference, and to explore different areas of the business. Nice people and a nice work environment. Ability to visit sites, and experience many parts of the business.
Cons
Clearer guidance of what the graduate scheme entails i.e., clearer structure. A more formal introduction, which would prepare me better for my role and a check list of items/subscriptions that I should have/have access to.
