No Factory Manager, No Production Lead to consult with. Director position been interim for above position but nothing good happen. Foreman has to do managers job. If not do, they will be scold and demerit. Director who interim the manager positions has been biased towards lowly workers. No respect has been shown towards the operators. All leaders must do side job as people manager since no human resources in house. Speak up platform is no use for anonymous since direct superior will know what we write and whom we write about. Factory Manager has resigned for 6 months and Production Lead has resigned for 1.5 years. Until today, this position has not been filled yet. Latest job post has been cancelled without notice of any reasons to leaders and employee. Director who interim, only available at factory for few days in a month just to sign purchase order. Not doing the managers job as required. Director who interim has trust issues towards employee. They make the job like competition that they must win in every conversation.
