Hertz rewards hard workers within all levels of management, based on each individuals self-motivation and competitive personality, not seniority. You personally create your own path...what you put in is what you can expect to get in return.
Cons
I want to see Hertz advertised on TV more vs our competition....we hire D1 athletes too.
