Management is terrible.
Sexist. Women are often paid 75c to the dollar if not less.
They will encourage you to be honest and give honest feedback but if you do, you will get in trouble for being negative or "not a team player."
Half of the management team is insecure, the other half is way overconfident.
Management loves buzzwords but rarely put anything into action that doesn't directly relate to more money.
Management loves to tell you how you should live your life, what you should be focused on to enhance your career, what you should think, who you should talk to.
Will hold medical issues against you both as an applicant and employee, particularly if those issues are emotional/mental.
They prize aggression. They think it is healthy to fight, argue, be loud, and at times belittle coworkers or their contributions to the company at large and excuse their behaviour under the guise of "good business."
Expectation that you kill yourself for the company. If you're not working at all hours of the day you're lazy or, again, "not a team player."
Work/Life balance is not respected.
