Cons
-Tempting free snacks (say no to drugs a.k.a. a variety of flavored kettle chips)! -Time management can become a challenge over time if one does not remain personally accountable. In addition, increased growth = increased pace so organization is key! -As with any successful company, growing pains are inevitable.
