Pros
The pay is pretty good. Lots of room for upward mobility, because people are always leaving. You can walk away from Highgate and at least feel like you have left purgatory.
Cons
Be prepared to be worked like a mule. If you're a manager, you will most likely be miserable. At least, that is what every junior manager has expressed to me. And there are a lot of them. Hours are long, responsibilities tedious and it seems keep getting piled on. Every week there is a new thing. HR is pretty useless. Not once did that department actually solve anything in a direct and pragmatic way, if ever solved. Bottom line is all that matters in this company. Your replaceability will be apparent. Sometimes when the leaders speak to you it sounds like they are reading straight out of management 101. Feels very forced and stiff. Not to mention very dishonest. Their health insurance is not very good and end of the year bonuses are laughable to say the least.
