Pros
I’ve been at Holded for a few years, and overall it’s been a really good place to grow. If you’re proactive and willing to push a bit, there’s definitely room to move up and shape your own career path.
There are some nice perks too, a great lunch allowance, an office with a sea view, and a yearly bonus.
What really made a difference for me was the team. I’ve been lucky to work with amazing, supportive people who made day-to-day life fun and enjoyable. Always ready to help, good vibes, and lots of laughs.
Cons
On the flip side, things can get messy at the management level. Scope and responsibilities are often unclear, and it sometimes feels like you’re constantly saving the day for people who got promoted just for sticking around long enough. There’s also a bit of micromanagement here and there, which can be frustrating.
But if you find yourself in a solid team (which many are!), and you’re good at navigating a bit of chaos, it can be a genuinely rewarding place to be.
