      Pros

      - Competent and pleasant colleagues - Good work culture with a flat hierarchy - Flexible working hours - Epic office by the beach with great views - Free food and coffee - Ping pong table, billiards and playstation - CNB with pool and gym right next to the office - Rapidly growing headcount; opportunity to learn and grow with the company

      - This is not your traditional 9 to 5 job, there's a lot to do and we're an ambitious group of people working on an exciting project.

      Pros

      Nice office. HR people are nice and solve issues effectively.

      Cons

      - Onboarding very poor. They just give you your equipments, show you a bit of the App, and let you alone surfing it by yourself. - teams are very bad organized. There’re no planning meetings, no retros, only dailys where they don’t communicate properly. - Product management is bad. The strategy for projects and timeline is basically non-existent. The CEO makes changes on projects when they’re are almost ready to live. - There’s no career tracking. You have to ask for feedback. - People are terminated with no communication more than “x has been terminated, if you want info ask” - if you wfh you have to set to a fixed time. - Management don’t know about projects scope and timelines so then they blame people for their bad strategy. No self-criticism.
