Free lunch all the time. we celebrate many parties. we celebrate everyone's b-day/anniversaries every once a month. where everyone in the building get to go to the employee staff room and converse and celebrate everyone's b-day with cupcakes and cakes. easy to take days off if needed for doctors visits etc. very understanding. great benefits. low to no turn-over rate. we have an amazing GM!
