Pros
Vail is a beautiful and inviting town to work in. During the ski season, this employer offered full ski passes on Vail mountain, which work at any Vail resort in the world.
Cons
The building is a bit dated, and the attitude of a ski town is often a bit unprofessional. The middle-management was great and the owners are great, but the product needs to be updated to compete with other properties in the area.
