      Pros

      I have worked here for two years and have developed my skills and career more here than with any other companies. Professional, talented and fun colleagues. Great and genuine employees care. Working from home available if necessary. Breakfast served every Monday.

      Cons

      You could be given a huge amount of responsibility and asked to work independently, some people see this as a negative aspect, however others will embrace this and run with the opportunity to progress their career.

      Great environment to pursue you teaching objectives with minimal intervention. May face difficulties with local managers (Japanese preschool heads)

      May be micromanage by some hardliner Japanese head of schools.
