      Pros

      I have worked here for two years and have developed my skills and career more here than with any other companies. Professional, talented and fun colleagues. Great and genuine employees care. Working from home available if necessary. Breakfast served every Monday.

      Cons

      You could be given a huge amount of responsibility and asked to work independently, some people see this as a negative aspect, however others will embrace this and run with the opportunity to progress their career.

      Pros

      Flexible working environment and hours, good talent, good office space and young friendly vibe and culture. Good company to work for.

      Cons

      Old technology, slow IT developments. HR could improve. Remote working although possible seems to still be challenging in some areas. Lack of travel for key roles.
