Lots of overtime if that’s what you want Management doesn’t pay much attention to you if you do your job Overtime pay is phenominal
Cons
The company will not hire the amount of people or add positions to properly run a branch. Ridiculous amount of mandatory overtime for on call positions(this is also based on branch) Insufficient training for regular job responsibilities. Very few opportunities for career advancement. After nearly 3 years of work I only received 1 small raise Management only checks in when something is wrong and when it affects their position.
