Pros
The company has a strong, mission-driven culture and advocacy where patient care is clearly the top priority. I’ve had the opportunity to work with highly professional, supportive colleagues, which makes for a positive and collaborative work environment.
Cons
There are opportunities to improve internal communication across teams. Expanding the number of federally recognized holidays without requiring PTO would be a meaningful benefit. Additionally, enhancements to the health insurance plan would make a big difference for employees.
