1. A lot of supervisors and approvers that are not responsible for anything. 2. Communication with technical experts in HQ only through Chinese colleagues. 3. Unclear bonus policy. 4. Incredibly unclear career opportunities and salary increase. 4. Internal struggle between different departments cause by "windy" mood of top-management. 5. Limited and severely controlled access to the Internet.
