      Review on Huawei for the last 4 years from 2008 to 2012. Work culture need to be improved. Company is NOT employee friendly and need to reduce chinese work culture

      Cons

      Good start for career for freshers, will get a good exposure because day and night will have to stay in office. Will learn a lot of things in short span of time, But not suggested for a long term career
