Pros
- very interesting place to learn about Chinese culture, however this is not for everyone. Educate yourself about this before considering working here if you are able/willing to work in a dominant Chinese work environment. - intersting employer if you are interested in ICT/network technology - salary is in line with competition
Cons
- no flexibility in work times, no possible or al least not desired to work from home or work parttime. - limited growth opportunities, difficult to move to other positions within the company, especially to other company divisions - very limited internal communication about company strategy, targets, goals and results. - Key management / decision makers are all Chinese. No or only limited influence from non-Chinese staff. - no works council
