They are not following the guidance. Expense policy is not up to date. Mid Management are like Team leader and have no power. Not as structured as could be. To much control. HR could be better to listen to Employ, specially none chinese. Office is not posit and ti much frustration and no atmosphere between employees. Micro Management.
