There's nothing like bench-strength here. Freshers will be put directly on live projects. Lot of work means you learn more.
Cons
Lot of work also means no time for life outside office. Appraisal ratings (increments) is directly proportional to nr. of "quality hrs." spent in office....and by nr of hrs i mean at least 60-70 hrs/week...considering u didnt turn up on weekends.
