Pros
Excellent to learn core technical concepts for starting few years. Decent pay Would get responsibility beyond the curve... Good for oneself in long term career
Cons
No process is followed in project completion/execution. High work pressure - to get leverage on quality against unacceptable deadlines. Very frequent releases(sometime once a day) causing burnout to employees. Huge language barrier /mindset problem with HQ members with most of planning/execution dictated by HQ (China). No work-life balance - can easily burnout.
