Standard salary, industry wise good bonus, Strong experience in LTE & SDH network.
Cons
China style management with remote PMO monitoring/complaining your project KPI from afar and does nothing to help. Local can never get on top as they only put China manager at management positions. Work can get pretty intensive as new requirement just pop out of nowhere.
