Pros
Company's growth rate is very fast so as the same with individuals who performs. Salary is not bad and you get well recognized for a job well done. Competitors find Huawei as a very tough rivals.
Cons
Not the right place for under-performers. At times the deadlines are very short which may lead to complaints. Wouldn't suggest people who doesn't have ownership.
