Pros

I can't say enough great things about Hudl. The people are the best part of the job. Everyone from entry-level to the leadership team is committed to providing a great experience for fellow employees and our customers. Other pros include: - The leadership team genuinely listens to employee feedback about career development. Examples like investing in development programs to learn about different career paths and providing LinkedIn Learning accounts for every employee are just a couple of examples of the commitment to growth. - Flexibility to manage your life as necessary with unlimited PTO, paid sabbaticals, and great parental leave programs for every type of caregiver. - A beautiful office space with the flexibility to come in however often I want and be able to take advantage of things such as free lunch or fun competitive leagues like Darts and Ping Pong to meet new people.

Cons

With how geographically dispersed people are across the US and the Globe, it can be hard to build some connections with remote coworkers or those based out of other office locations.

Pros

-Positive Business Outlook: Users love Hudl and it's a very forward-thinking product that has a great place in the future -Values-led culture/norms: People are at the heart of how we operate -Very talented overall workforce: Our bar on hiring is super high and performance management process works if there are clear underperformers. -People genuinely get along with each other for the moist part - far better than most organizations with huge silo walls.

Cons

-Decision-making bottleneck at exec-team level with some pretty hands on leaders in the weeds on too much. -Some teams are quite top-heavy, a poor micro-culture on the team, and have less accountability than they should (Finance/Accounting specifically) -We can settle on talent in key roles that is in a key hub where we have an office since less remote hiring is approved.
