Pros
Good leadership, very people oriented, not a one size fits all type of organisation. There is a lot of opportunities for people to promote and grow within. Very flat structure and approachable GM. Work life balance is good, diverse group of people, leadership team has a gender ratio
Cons
The systems can be modified better such that it requires less human intervention. We are recruiters after all, admin is not our strength
