The people you work with are fun and caring. They become your friends easily. Laid back. A lot of smoke breaks for smokers. They work with your schedule

Tip out includes busser, food runner, and bartender depending on your sales. Busser tip out is insane. Double tip out is expected. No server pay hourly. No food runner pay hourly. Have to rely on tips you make. The on busy days it is EXTREMELY busy. On slow days it's extremely slow. High volume restaurant.
