Pros
Lots of young professionals who are passionate about their work. Many teams are very driven and work hard. Team spirit within teams is very high and encouraging.
Cons
Lack of structure and project management. Very hierarchial company structure. Difficult to grow, get promoted or even negotiate salary. Extremely high demand and stressful atmosphere due to lack of planning, project management and many last minute decisions.
