-low pay, minimum benefit -not team-centric -Your general manager is also the HR, imagine running into an unfair working environment or got bullied by your direct supervisor who are friends with your GM, who to talk to? -cliques, Saying bad things behind people's back all day(literally), judgemental, not embracing -no growing opportunity, it's a franchise Hyatt -inexperienced/ uneducated leaders, you can only ask question on the same topic once, if you ask it the second time, she will not let you do anything to practice because you haven't learn. How are we going to learn without practicing?
