Solid benefits, opportunities to grow if you're willing to move geographically, ease of switching between departments (i.e. operations to sales / catering, etc)
Cons
Pay is not competitive, strange bonus structure (ever heard of "on the folly of rewarding A while hoping for B"? no? - google it, trust me), if you truly want to move up with the company be ready to pack your bags and be moved around. A lot.
