Pros
The uniforms provided by the company,the food(very nice),and the constant training provided by the hyatt itself makes a good balance between the new and the old ones!
Cons
the salaries are LOW!!! that creates tension between people who are in hierarchical positions and people(e.g. Service) who earn almost the same here in Argentina wich in my opinion is ABSURD!
