As a business, we are going through a period of meaningful change. As set out by our leadership team, shifts in the market, technology, and customer expectations have required us to reset aspects of our strategy and evolve how we are structured and operate.
We recognise that during periods like this, clarity and consistency in leadership are critical, and where that hasn’t been felt, we take that seriously. We know that trust is built through clear communication, accountability, and day-to-day behaviour, and this is an area we continue to focus on strengthening.
