      - Agile environment, chance to see so many clients - Good place to learn SCM practices - Friendly work environment

      Cons

      - Terrible management, C levels have no idea about software industry - No project management. This leads to no work/life balance - no HR - no training for employees, only thing they teach is their own technology - Salaries and raise rates are not so good

      Young but not too young dynamic team. Highly educated people, specialized on anything that has to do with planning, Supply Chain. Big solid investor behind Icron Technologies, that is also a customer and not lookin for a quick win / ROI.

      Cons

      As the company is growing and expanding it comes with grow pains, but nothing insurmountable.
