      Pros

      - Agile environment, chance to see so many clients - Good place to learn SCM practices - Friendly work environment

      Cons

      - Terrible management, C levels have no idea about software industry - No project management. This leads to no work/life balance - no HR - no training for employees, only thing they teach is their own technology - Salaries and raise rates are not so good

      You can have experience in optimization and algorithm development (only if you are lucky enough to get responsability in projects)

      Cons

      Horrible work life balance - you are expected to work overtime without any compensation You have to respect flexible working hours which can only be changed in favor of the company -> overtime Founder of the company can insult you in front of clients and your manager will react to this as if it's normal or personal or you are overracting Clients can call you 4 a.m. in the morning and your manager do not react in order to protect you even though you ask numerous times No justice in salaries whatsoever. Consultant that can barely write an sql statement can make much more than you only because he/she is older.

      Nice co-workers, very skilled people

      Cons

      Bad salary and don’t be surprised if your salary is not paid in time and you have to wait 2 months before expenses are paid out. Employee contracts don’t mean anything for ICRON, CEO thinks he can change contracts after they are signed. Dictator management style! Advice: Don’t ever start working here, they are totally unreliable!
